I never said that we never run i 3-4, y wont u try to find that comment. I said we play a 3-4, which doesnt mean 4-3 or a dime defense is out of the question, We dont play the 4-3 enough to sign Abraham and justify it. Plus i much rather would have Manny Lawson than Abraham because of all he brings to the table, (youth, Run Defense, Pass Rush, and the ability to stay healthy for the most part) Abrham hasn’t played a whole season in a while.

All I said is a great player should fit into any defensive scheme somewhere some how, if they are really a great player. Abraham is too small to be a DE on a 3-4 line, he would get pushed around too much which is why he is nt a 49er, we need a DE who is big and can push the OT around and get to the QB
