I thought I would share a bulliten I posted on myspace with you guys. According to the SF Chronicle, this really happened after the game. I just added my own spin on it:
For thoes of you that watched the 49ers/Raiders game, it wasn’t exactly the best football ever played. Despite the fact that these once glorious franchises have reached an all time low, there was at least one positive to account for.
After the game, the bitter hatred between Niners and Raiders fans was put aside. Fans of both teams united in a large groups and blazed up hella herb as SF Police simply looked the other way. It was a tribute to the past. One cop was quoted in saying “Why bother? It’s them, and 25 other groups in the stadium.” Until these teams become good again, there will be peace in the bay.
