Thx for the props. THat wasn't a personal opinion calling him Mooch. It's what the San Francisco Chronicle was calling him after the Eagles game, that's all. Regardless if it makes sense or not, I think Nolan was just trying to stick it to the media. Or maybe, he was trying to show the team that he has faith in them. It's also very possible that he is just retarded.

Fellas, I was at this game in person and it was AWESOME. I talked so muc trash to the Raiders fans in our section and waived most of them goodbye as they left before the 4th quarter! It was a great game (well, come on we will not look that good very often this year.....hahaha.)

Forrest, Nolan should not be compared to Mooch as I am one of those who think Mariuchi was a good coach. Nolan went for it on the 4th downs, very true, twice in this game. After watching those decisions, I have come to the conclusion that Mike Nolan makes no sense to me. So he is willing to go for it when we are winning, but when we are losing and our only chance to make a catchup run in the game IS to go for it, we punt the ball.....??? Not just the Eagles game, the chiefs game too...and most every game last year......??? I hope we go for it on 4th downs when we are losing by a large deficit and try to make a comeback as opposed to giving up.

Anyways, it was a good day. Niners rock. Forrest, what the hell you rock too. Prick Newton is hiding somewhere cowering in fear of you.

We are away for that game Jer. The good news is that we will have a week off to plan and heal because we have a bye after the San Diego game.

Yea I share the same feelings as alot of 9ers fans. This win gave me more a sensation of relief than one of joy. The Raiders are probably the worst team since the Jets team that went 1-15. This team has a legitimate shot at going 0-16.

The fact that they left them in it so long was rather nerve wracking. Especially going against two of the best 3 or 4 teams in the NFL in their next 2 games. I'm not that scared of SD because Marty will prevent a blowout. But that chicago game is starting to scare me with the way they're decimating people.

What I want to know is..... where's that Raider fan who felt the need, before the Niner's played Philly, to come on the Niner website and proclaim that even though his team was getting killed, they were still better than the Niners?!! Guess what? Moss could be right! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

That game was just the pick-me-up I needed. I could imagine hearing No-brain Raider Fans bragging if they won, even if they finished the season 1-15, this win was needed to prove to dumbshits that the niners are improving and are definatley better then the Silver and Crap.

The reason Nolan kept going for it on 4th, was because the media kept calling him "Mooch" after the Eagles game.

I agree with both of you guys. I will enjoy this win because I have been waiting for this game for a while now. But I can't help but talk about some mistakes. Mainly the two failed 4th downs. And not getting the sack on Walter. That guy should of been knocked out a lot more. Their line is not very great, we do need to work on the pass rush. But great game on offense, and I'm glad that my boy finally held onto the ball all 60 minutes of play.
