Injury Update
By Erickson | at: 3:54 pm, filed under: 49ers News.LB Larry Allen (L knee) sustained a sprain to his medial-collateral ligament. He left Sunday’s game after five plays and did not return. He is expected to miss at least a couple weeks, but the 49ers are awaiting the results from an MRI exam. He is listed as doubtful.LT Jonas Jennings (R ankle) sustained a high ankle sprain just before the half against the Cardinals. He missed two series but came back into the game. He is listed as doubtful.
TE Vernon Davis (L hip) left the game for five plays to get some treatment in the locker room. Those were the only five offensive snaps of the game that Davis did not play. He is probable.
TE Delanie Walker (R shoulder) sustained a separation in the final exhibition game Sept. 1 and is expected to miss a few more weeks. He did not suit up for Sunday’s game.
LB Parys Haralson (L foot) has been out since sustaining a foot strain Aug. 15. He has returned to limited work during practice, but does not take part in team drills. Coach Mike Nolan expects Haralson to be able to play in perhaps the third game of the season.

Antrel Rolle a Little Bitter…

It should have been a 40 to nothing game. I’ll take a ‘W’ each and every day, but I’m not satisfied with the win at all.”
Antrel, I guess that is what happens when Bryant is owning you all day, and when Frank Gore carries half your team an extra four to five yards. You can thank Kwame for not making you look like a total jackass.
