Don’t be shocked if Niners former first-round pick Mike Rumph doesn’t survive the team’s final cut. In addition to falling behind newcomer Walt Harris in the battle for one of the team’s starting CB roles, Rumph is a product of the pre-Mike Nolan regime, and we’re told the current organization has a real bias in favor of players it has drafted or signed.
