Andy Lee is not going to take this well. Profootballtalk.com is reporting that a league source is telling them that the Niners have agreed to terms with veteran punter Tom Rouen. The announcement is supposed to come later today.

I like the moves by the front office. Within Nolan’s vision, I think the team made very strong moves towards the future. Larry Allen promoted the progression of our lineman, running game, and passing game. I don’t want the team to chase old overpriced CBs or Safeties. They made some key moves in developing a long term goal.
Everyone who has been here before knows that any acquisitions made between now and the season is just fodder. Saturate the roster and the cut the fat before the season.

Because pundits think that Julian Peterson and Andre Carter were a major part of the niners D. They think Brandon Lloyd is a quality WR. WR/TEs= improved
RBs= improved
O-Line= improved
DL= jury is out
LBs= lost two vets but got two LBs in the draft who are able to replace them and if we get Brooks in the supp draft then consider it an upgrade.
DBs= upgraded in terms of depth.
They are also calling us the laughing stock still based on the team’s performance last season(most of the starts at QB were by guys who arent even on the team last season and most of the D was injured). So please feel free to go in a dryer with magic johnson and 1000 razor blades.

We had a wonderful draft and got Larry Allen, but THATS IT! Nothing from free agency was wonderful. Brandon Lloyd as much as yall knock him was freaking awesome and now he is gone. JP who everyone hates so much now (show some freaking respect, he wanted to stay in San Fransisco they just would not pay him) is gone, and the spirit of the team is shot. Frankly, the only think more painfully laughable than how ridiculously you support the team’s actions is how many times Alex Smith drops the fottball behind him in each game
