The only advantage Douglas and Williams have is that they know the system. I am sure they are still held to the same standard. If grama could play, I am sure Nolan would try her out too. What they don't understand is that there are 30ish teams of players in the league that he hasn't coached, which may be as good, or better, than the players on the team that he has coached. M.
