i think we can utilize him at WR, he has more potential than T.O. minus the baggage. Bryant, Vernon at WR1 and WR2, Battle WR3, and EJ at TE.

Yah. We need Him

he could still be our primary tight-end and line up in the slot on passing downs. hell be in a lot of linebackers, safeties and corners nightmares. he’s either too fast or too powerfull for them to cover him. they could even try to line him up at tailback on passing downs forcing defenses to key in on him freeing up more room for EJ, Battle, and Bryant downfeild. muahahahaha

Would be a shame if we pass on him, if he is available. One word…...”Stud”

Please nolan! Do the no brainer and Draft Davis. I have been thinking this for about a month now. Even though the other players are extremly talented, I would be really disappointed if we didn’t draft Davis. He is a freak of nature and will be a perfect tool for alex smith to grow.

Honestly, the only player I would have to sit and think about it would be DE Mario Williams, because he is another freak on Nature on the defensive side. But if he’s gone then yes V.Davis is our pick.

Let us think for a second that he is not there or we pass (hope not), then who would should we target (Klopentstein(?), Lewis, Pope, Fasano)? Obviosly they all are a notch below Davis. I would lean towards Pope, what do others think.

I have to admit, when we had one fist rounder I wanted defense, now that we have 2….Let’s get the Duke
We’ll grab Greenway or Lawson with that second pick and be well on our way!

That corner he threw down looked like Cromartie. I’m not sure

#9 – Williams and Huff are really the only two other players that might be available at pick 6 I would consider on the same level as Davis. Both of them are pretty freakish in their own right.
#10 – If we don’t go for Davis at 6, then Lewis or Pope at 22 would be a decent consolation. I personally like Lewis quite a bit, although he is not as good a blocker as Pope. Lewis is not as blazing fast or versatile as Davis, but he just makes plays. He has incredible hands and if you put the ball near him, he will find a way to make the catch. Just not going to do as much with it after the catch as someone like Davis.

Anyone watch the Huff or Hawk videos? What is with tackling high. That will not work in the NFL. Both will look like the FSU DB VD threw down. Singltary will fix Hawk’s problem but with the tackling our DB’s do, Huff could be a liability.
