Actually Huff has had his own fantastic workouts as well. He had a solid 40 time and good workouts.

Watching him fly around the field at safety making plays is a thing of beauty, and he is very good in man coverage so he can play CB as well. He could be our new age Ronnie Lott.

Either way we can’t go wrong with either Huff or Davis, so I wouldn’t stress too much about it.

I wouldn’t be “crushed” at all with Huff. He fills a great need, and before VD had his fantastic workouts and the hype started, Huff seemed a good choice.

Especially ‘cause of his love of pancakes.

I like the 1st day picks but feel the WR and FB picks might be filled best by Mike Hass and J.D. Runnels.

Nice mock draft. Sounds great to me. I just wonder, do any of these mock drafts reach the niners club? Cuz they have disappointed me this offseason with the exception of adding Larry Allen. If we end up getting Huff I will be crushed.

but some mock have Lawson as high as #12 in the first…

I think Lawson is great but if we moved up in the draft for him then it was a mistake, odds are decent he will be around in the early 2nd round. I’ve looked a several mock drafts and most have him in the second.
