Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Miami Dolphins have signed free agent FB Fred Beasley (49ers) to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Rashaun Woods is stripped of #81 jersey. The team has given Bryant, Woods’ #81 and given Woods #84. This according to 49ers.com roster page.

rashaun woods has been playing hurt since his senior season in college when he came off surgery, i believe it was to his shoulder. In a recent interview with his brother who is a college football player he said woods is finally back to 100%. i guess we’ll have to wait and see.
